Please note that we reach our clients ONLY via the official communication channels of Language for Geeks:
Beware of scammers: our coordinator is the only one who knows, what course you’ve chosen to take (this is confidential information kept in our database).
If you happen to receive suspicious messages about the courses you didn’t purchase, please, send us an email about it.
After we receive your payment, we add you to our client database and begin forming your group or add you to one that is already forming. This process can take up to a month**
After the group is formed (it’s when there are 3-8 people depending on how many people are applying at the moment, and whether the time zones of students and the teacher are the same, or not), we contact you again: this time to discuss the timetable.
The course starts!
What’s next?
If after a month your group is still not formed, there are two options:
a)
wait a little longer
b)
request a full refund that will be made within 14 working days.
